My Thriller Genre Powerpoint

Camera Shots

In this blog I have inserted the pictures I took on my camera to show different camera shots, I used one main teddy and then another one in one of the shots. Enjoy.

Extreme long shot/establishing shot - an exterior shot, any characters may just be visible. usually used at the starts of scenes/films to set the location/setting.

Long shot - Enables audience to see the character from head to toe, shows the relationship between the character and enviroment.

Mid shot - Provides a view of the character from the waist up, allows the audience to get to know the characters more e.g. their body language and facial expressions.

Extreme close up - Draws the audience further into the characters emotions, can’t see anything else but them so you can feel their emotions more.

Two shot - Two people in the camera, expresses their relationship with eachother. Mainly used in chat shows (interviewer and interviewee).
